I deal with change.
Period. The goal of my company is to move, to change, to
improve, to grow. Maintaining the status quo is not an
alternative. Over the past 15 years I’ve worked with a lot
of different organizations, companies and people. Some of
those interactions were better than others ;) but ALL
were educational. I have a pretty good idea of what flys
and what flops in terms of bringing about impactful,
long-term change.
The focus and area of training that I do tends to revolve
around improving and strengthening relationships wtih
people. System, manufacturing and process improvements,
unless they deal with people interfacing with people, is
not how I can help you. Working to reinforce relationships
between your customers and employees, your frontline and
management - person to person - is what I do.
